Refund & Replacement

Return Policy

Return of goods and refund will be arranged if the following situations occur:
1. Within 3 days after receipt of the products, customers find that they do not like the items, or buy them wrongly, or receive wrong models, or do not know how to use etc.
2. Within 3 days after receipt of the products, customers find that packages are damaged in delivery, please promptly take photos of them and let the shipping company stamp on it when goods arrive.
3. Within 3 days after receipt of the products, customers find that packages are good in delivery but there are some damaged items or even cannot be used, please send us pictures taken when they arrived and damaged products photos as evidences.
4. Within 30 days after receipt of the products,quality problems occur under normal use

The above four cases, we support return of goods and refunds when customers ensure the good appearance of our products without any damage and without affecting the secondary sales.
If damage is caused in transit, we also offer return and refunds.
Within 3 days after receipt of the products, regardless of whether the items have quality problems, return of goods is acceptable. (except the man-made damage ones)
Customers can also return or refund part of the goods, if part of the goods are returned, we will only refund the cost of this returned part.

Refund Process:
1. Contact our Online sales, or email to sales021@led-card.com explain the reasons and provide us with evidences.
2. After we get customers refund request, we will provide customers with return address, and send the returned list to the clients.
3. Customer Contact their local express to deliver goods to us, and keep us noted of the tracking number.
4. After we receive the goods, we will check its quantity and confirm whether they are under normal state.
5. After checking the status of the goods,we will contact customers about the confirmation to come to an agreement.
6. Both customers and our company confirm the refund bank accounts.
7. Within three working days,refunds and voucher screenshots will be sent to customers.

Customers need to cooperate with us in Customs-clearance and some related information.
Upon receipt, we will confirm the quantity and status of the goods immediatey, and then refund accordingly.
If the quantity of items is correct in good condition, we will refund the full amount received within three working days, the funds will be returned to the bank or paypal account according to customers needs.
If the cargo is lost or damaged, we will deduct part of the cost accordinginly.
Customers pay the tariff paid when receiving the products,shipment fee generated by the returns and other local expenses.
We bear the freight of the goods and tariffs when they arrive in China and other local charges.

Exchange Policy

Exchange goods will be arranged if the following situations occur:

Upon receipt, we will confirm the quantity and status of the goods immediatey, and deliver goods again.
Usually, the new pacakges delivery time is within 3 working days after receipt of the exchange goods.

We bear the freight of the goods and tariffs when they arrive in China and other local charges.

Replacements Policy

Warranty will be guaranteed if the following situations occur:
1. Customer purchase modules, power supplies, led strip but quality problems are found within one year of normal use.
2. Customers purchase control card, video processor but quality problems occur within two years of normal use For above situations, we offer warranty.
Customers need to contact us ahead of time, and declare reasons for the warranty, and after we agree that the problems can not be solved via remote controlled technical service, will give you specified delivery address to send the items back.
Customers need to cooperate with us in Customs-clearance and some related information.
We start to repair after receipt of the goods and confirm their quantity and status.
Usually, repairement needs 7 working days.
After goods are repaired well,we will not deliver immediately, but will send with next order, or customers can directly pay 25USD as shipment fee, we can arrange the delivery ealier.
Customers pay the tariff paid when receiving the products,shipment fee generated by the returns and other local expenses.
We bear the freight of the goods and tariffs when they arrive in China and other local charges.


We will not provide refunds, returns or warranty under the following conditions :
1. Products have non-repairable damage due to improper use .
2. Physical damage caused by external forces, or deliberate man-made damage.
3. Bar code is torn , or no warranty document, or purchase info can not provided .
4. Exceeds the deadline of refund, return or warranty time.

Precautions:

1. If customers find damaged packaging when receiving the goods , please take pictures on the spot and ask DHL / UPS to issue a written statement, to facilitate our following up with the courier claims.
2. Please keep the purchase invoice, warranty list and products bar codes to help you offer subsequent maintenance information.
3. Customers must contact us before exchange or return of the goods, and declare reasons, if they are not reasonable or problems can be solved via remote controlled technical service,we will not accept returns.
4. Before delivery,please contact us, we will give you detailed address and ask you to help with customs clearance.
5. Please inform us of tracking number immediately after delivery.
