Beschreibung
The Mooncell A712 is a standard-type receiving card engineered to deliver exceptional display quality, robust stability, and high cost-efficiency for modern LED screens. As a core component in the Mooncell ecosystem, this card supports a maximum resolution of 512×512@60Hz (PWM) per unit. It is designed for versatility, featuring 12 standard HUB75E interfaces that support up to 24 groups of parallel RGB data, making it ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor display applications.
1. Superior Image Quality with 18-bit & HDR
The A712 is built to elevate visual experiences. By enabling the 18-bit function in software, the card quadruples the grayscale levels, effectively solving the problem of grayscale loss at low brightness. This results in smoother low-gray transitions and eliminates “mosquito noise,” ensuring images appear incredibly delicate.
To further enhance picture quality, the A712 supports HDR10 and HLG video source standards. When paired with a high-bandwidth independent main control, it processes HDR signals to achieve a wider brightness dynamic range and expanded color gamut. This technology brings out the finest details in shadows and highlights, making the screen more realistic and vibrant. Additionally, the card supports RGB Independent Gamma Adjustment, allowing precise calibration of “Red,” “Green,” and “Blue” channels to correct white balance drift and ensure uniformity across the entire screen.
2. Advanced Processing & Functional Flexibility
Equipped with powerful processing capabilities, the A712 offers a suite of advanced features:
Ultra-Low Latency: Engineered for speed, it reduces video latency to as low as 1 frame (when using driver ICs with built-in RAM), crucial for live broadcasts and fast-motion content.
3D Display Support: By setting the frame frequency to 120Hz on the receiving card and enabling the 3D function via software or the main control panel, users can achieve stunning stereoscopic visual effects.
Display Customization: The card supports 90° multiple rotations (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) and pixel scaling functions, allowing for flexible screen layouts and creative installations.
3. Intelligent Maintenance & Reliability
Maintenance and debugging are streamlined through the AutoLED Software. The system allows for Receiving Card Serial Number Detection, where the target cabinet displays the card number and network port information, instantly identifying the physical location of each card.
For enhanced reliability, the A712 features a Loop Backup system. By connecting primary and backup network cables in a loop, the system ensures continuous display even if one line fails. The card also includes Dual Program Backup to prevent lock-ups during firmware updates. Other maintenance tools include real-time communication monitoring, bit error detection to test cable quality, and the ability to read back configuration parameters.
4. Customizable Monitoring Features
Understanding the need for proactive hardware management, the A712 offers optional customization features (requiring specific hardware configuration):
Voltage & Temperature Detection: Monitor the working environment of the card.
Power Status Detection: Check the operational status of the power supply via a dedicated interface.
Operation Logs: Record power-on counts and total running time for predictive maintenance.
