Estamos comprometidos a ofrecer la devolucion o la sustitucion de las mercancias para los clientes en este caso que tienen los problemas de calidad, o estan inconsistentes con la factura, o no pueden trabajar bajo las condiciones normales de uso dentro de los 30 dias siguientes despues de la recepcion de las mercancias.

En un periodo normal de garantia (modulos, fuentes de alimentacion, las tiras de LED con garantia de 1 ano; las tarjetas de control, los procesadores de video con garantia de 2 anos), estamos comprometidos a proporcionar a los clientes el mantenimiento gratuito, si ellas tienen los problemas de calidad en las condiciones de uso normal.

Si los clientes arrancan los codigos del producto, y sus mercancias no podran disfrutar de la devolucion y garantia.

Dentro del plazo de la garantia, el cliente debe presentar una declaracion ante la aduana de acuerdo con el valor de las mercancias que necesitamos y pagar el costo de envio de devolucion.

Ofrecemos las reparaciones gratuitas para los clientes y le enviamos las mercancias junto con el pedido reciente, en lugar de enviar las mercancias reparadas solamente, y vamos a asumir los gastos de envio de vuelta.

In normal warranty period (modules, power supplies, LED strips with 1-year warranty; control cards, video processors with 2-year warranty), we are committed to providing customers with free maintenance if there are quality problems under normal use. 

If customers tear up the product ’s codes, and their goods will not enjoy return and warranty.
Under warranty, clients must do the customs clearence according to the value of goods we require and pay the return shipment cost. 
We provide free repairs for customers and send you the items with recent order together, rather than send the repaired goods alone,and we will bear the delivery costs back.

The whole online products are with global uniform prices ,thus anyone can buy them fairly. Any product can be purchased online, and if there are doubts, please contact our online sales and engineers.
Within 7 days,if any quality problem,You can return the goods.
You need contact with our online sales for shipping address and consignee. And make sure the goods back to us safety and no less.

  Return of goods and refund will be arranged if the following situations occur:
  1. Within 3 days after receipt of the products, customers find that they do not like the items, or buy them wrongly, or receive wrong models, or do not know how to use etc.
  2. Within 3 days after receipt of the products, customers find that packages are damaged in delivery, please promptly take photos of them and let the shipping company stamp on it when goods arrive.
