Si los clientes arrancan los codigos del producto, y sus mercancias no podran disfrutar de la devolucion y garantia.

Dentro del plazo de la garantia, el cliente debe presentar una declaracion ante la aduana de acuerdo con el valor de las mercancias que necesitamos y pagar el costo de envio de devolucion.

Ofrecemos las reparaciones gratuitas para los clientes y le enviamos las mercancias junto con el pedido reciente, en lugar de enviar las mercancias reparadas solamente, y vamos a asumir los gastos de envio de vuelta.
