NovaStar TB20 Plus Multimedia player is a high-performance multimedia player designed for full-color LED display applications in commercial, retail, and smart city environments. It seamlessly integrates content playback, real-time control, and cloud-based management into a compact, reliable platform. Supporting both synchronous (live HDMI input) and asynchronous (standalone/internal content) operation modes, the TB20 Plus offers exceptional flexibility for digital signage, advertising displays, shelf tags, door head screens, and more.

At its core, the TB20 Plus features a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.4 GHz, paired with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It runs on Android 10 and supports hardware-accelerated decoding of high-resolution video, including 4K (3840×2160) content. The device can simultaneously play multiple video streams—such as 1×4K, 3×1080p, or 8×720p—depending on resolution and codec, ensuring smooth, flawless playback even in complex layouts.

The player supports a maximum loading capacity of 650,000 pixels per Gigabit Ethernet output port, with standard screen dimensions up to 2048×2048 pixels and ultra-long configurations up to 8192×2048 pixels. In synchronous mode, an HDMI 1.3 input accepts signals up to 2048×1024 @ 60Hz, which can be automatically scaled to fit the LED screen (downscaling only; source must be equal to or larger than the display resolution).

Connectivity options are extensive:

Physically, the unit measures 141.2 × 120.0 × 33.5 mm, weighs 470.3 g, and operates in temperatures from –20°C to +60°C. It requires DC 5–12 V input and consumes up to 15 W. With an IP20 rating, it is intended for indoor use only.
