3) The location and size of PIP can both be adjusted, which can be controlled at will;

    Novastar products are awesome!

    Novastar is the standard for video processor components. The Vx4 is a well-built easy to use out of the box
    unit that requires no computer for setup. The built in scaler is also very strong, making for an overall excellent product!
